A very important aspect of spindle repair is the correct diagnosis of spindle damage. Our company has the necessary equipment to carry out such a diagnosis
- OTT-JAKOB tool clamping force meter,
- FFT spindle vibration analyzer,
- dynamic balancing machine,
- Heidenhain measuring transducer amplitude meter,
- bearing preload gauge,
- surge winding tester (allows identification of inter-turn short circuits, for example),
- winding resistance and insulation resistance meter,
